Karan Kharb, a distinguished leader himslef having trained special teams of the country's elite commando force, the Special Action Group (NSG), took voluntary retirement from the Army to launch himself in training and motivating corporate leaders and in encouraging those aspiring to become leaders of the country. He has developed some very effective tools for individual potential evaluation, which have proved extremely valuable in not only gauging the individual's potential better, but also in converting one's weakness into strength.
