Dr. S.R. Das began his career as a librarian of a College in Assam. He obtained his Ph.D. in library science. Dr. Das presented his research papers at national and international conferences both in India and abroad. he is widely travelled and well known librarian. This compilation of Dr. Das is from his collection of material and his quest to update his own knowledge on the subject.
