A Post-graduate in management from BITS, Pilani, Rashmi Datt has 19 years of experience in training and HRD. She worked for eight years with Pfizer, Mumbai before starting Dialog, a learning services delivery consultancy. She conducts workshops in India and abroad focusing on individual and organizational growth and enabling participants to identify and change dysfunctional behaviour patterns – the way we relate, interact, deal with conflict, or utilize resources.
