ABOUT THE AUTHOR K. Vara Prasada Rao
Prof. K. Vara Prasada Rao obtained his Engineering graduation from JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada. He did his M.Tech. in Production Technology from I.I.T., Kharagpur. He is doing Ph.D. in S.V. College of Engineering, S.V. University, Tirupati. He has published a number of research papers in national and international journals.
He has 30 years of experience in teaching. He worked as principal for 6 years. Apart from this, he holds memberships of various professional bodies. He is fellow of Institution of Engineers, fellow of Institution of Production Engineers, life member of Indian society for Technical Education, life member of Indian society for Non-Destructive Testing and life member of Fluid Power Society of India. He was the``Best citizen of India`` awardee in the year 2002.
