K. Bikram Singh. Well known and highly respected, has been a lecturer in History and a civil-servant. He has been making documentaries and feature films for more than 20 years. He has a special interest in Indian art and has made several well known films on Indian painting and Indian artists, besides writing on art for over a decade. A close personal friend of many artists, he lives in Delhi.
