ABOUT THE AUTHOR Raghu Raj Singh

Dr. Raghu Raj Singh was born on 5 January, 1951 at village Charia in Mirzapur District and has a brillkiant academic career. He obtained his M.Sc. (Maths), M.A. (Phil), M.Ed., and Ph.D. degrees. Since 1974 he has been teaching B.Ed. and M.Ed. students. He has guided 10research scholars for the award of Ph.D., degrees and 40 students for preparing dissertations. He has been a Convener Board of Studies V.B.S. Purvanchal University. He has written and published more than one dozen books on educational topics in Hindi and English and attended several seminars and conferences sponsored by U.G.C., Universities nd Colleges. He is also associated with several academic organizations in various capacities. Presently, he is Principal, handia P.G. College handia, Allahabad, since 2002.
