ABOUT THE AUTHOR C M Narayanan

Dr. C. M. Narayanan received his B.Sc. Engg., from Banaras Hindu University, M.E. From Indian Institute of Science, Banglore and Ph.D. from IIT, Kharagpur. He is the autor of more than thirty six research papers in leading international journals. His fields of interest are Transport Phenomena, Energy Engineering, Computer Aided Design, Mechanical Operaions and Biomedical Engineering. He is an honorary consultant to many chemical industries and is an established expert on Computer Aided Design and Software Development. He has coordinated quite a few national level workshops on CAD and has convened a good number of national conferences/ sumposia. He is a Life Member of a large number of professional societies such as Institution of Engineers (India), Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, Indian Society for Technical Education, Indian Society for Heat and Mass Transfer and Bioenergy Society of India.
