ABOUT THE AUTHOR Shymali Bhattacharjee

Shymali Bhattacharjee is an emerging author in the field of journalism and mass communication. She is also listed among the upcoming group of authors identified by a US agency. After completing her M.Sc. in Ecology and Environment from Sikkim Manipal University, she also successfully completed her Bachelor of Law Degree. Among the prominent diplomas she is holding one is in Software Management. She has also completed her Postgraduate diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication and plan to pursue her doctoral degree in the same field. She was offered to conduct research in similar areas by IIT, Delhi. Recently, she worked as an advisor and research assistant to Inter-Cultural Open University, the Netherlands to help conduct research on “Media and Its Impact on Society: A Case Study of Young Indian Generation”. She belongs to Assam and plans to open a center for Journalism and Mass Communication for the North-East India.
