This book is related to the investigation of patients’ perception of medical services in India. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Renu Sobti

Renu Sobti obtained her B.Com. (H) degree from hansraj College and M.Com., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from the prestigious Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. Dr. Sobti is a Senior lecturer in the Department of Commerce, Swami Shraddhanand College, University of Delhi. She has published a number of articles in reputed journals of commerce and management and has also presented papers in conferences at national level. She is also the course co-ordinator of the distant learning programme for doctors on Consumer Protection ACT and Medical Negligence, co-sponsored by Indian Medical Association and AKN Sinha Institute of Continuing Medical and health Education and Research.
