Botany is concerned with the varieties of plants their development, growth and improvement. The plants depend to a great extent on soil and water. The plants also are subject to various diseases. The present book provides for students, who are opting for botany as a field of specialisation.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ruchi Gautam
Dr. Ruchi Gautam did her M.Sc. (Botany) from C.C.S. University, Meerut in the year 1990. She did her M.phil. in 1991 and Ph.D. in 1996 from the same university. At present she is a teaching in government college, Delhi. She has presented research papers in national Seminars and Conferences.
