The education has become the responsibility of the democratic Governments in the world. Both the federal as well as the State Governments along with Municipal authorities manage education. It is true that the rue that the private initiative in education has also responsibility for the administration of education. But basically the federal governments, the State Governments and the municipal authorities make provision. Administration of education involves the provision of recruitment and training of teachers and the payment of their salaries, the fixation of the curriculum, the construction of school buildings, provision of playgrounds, libraries and other such infrastructure facilities. For this purpose the Government have to maintain the education officers, supervisors and top level administrators.
