ABOUT THE AUTHOR Paul Davies

Paul Davies founded Onshore Offshore Consultancy Services in India, to provide consultancy and executive search services to both western and Indian companies and also business process outsourcing services to the former. Prior to that, he was the managing director of Unisys India, in charge of developing the business in the Indian market as well as offshoring from the US, UK and Europe. He also took charge of the business operations in southern Africa and the Middle East, and was previously the sales director for Europe. He has a PhD in English, a successful teaching career and 20 years of experience in the IT and services industry in Europe, the US, India and Africa-and a love for India.
