ABOUT THE AUTHOR Mohammad Rizwan

Dr. Mohammad Rizwan, is presently working as senior lecturer in the department of defence Studies, K.G.K. College, Moradabad, U.P. (An Affiliating Institution of M.J.P. Rohilkhand university). He has been a local resident of Allahabad city and as a product of the University of Allahabad, he completed his Master's degree in defence and Strategic Studies in 1998. He is also awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by the university of Allahabad in defence and Strategic Studies. The author has been contributing in various journals and books by constant writing the articles, mostly on International relations. His specialization are on The Nuclear Non-Proliferation, The Nuclear Policy of India and The Nuclearization of South Asia etc. The author is firmly committed to contribute his best to assist the students and interested persons in International relations and defence studies.
