South Asian Security occupies an important position in the context of nuclear proliferation.  Moreover, comprehensive and co-operative security system requires multidimensional understanding and positive approach toward joint development of energy sources, environmental protection, river water sharing, strengthening communication network.  Limited aim of this book is to make available to our readers some basic issues of the south Asian region and to introduce a selection of interesting and innovative articles on the subject.
