ABOUT THE AUTHOR Vinod Kumar

Dr. Vinod Kumar is a Lecturer of Geography in Government Post-graduate College, Sirohi, Rajasthan (India).  He did his Post-graduation from JNV University, Jodhpur and obtained his M.Phil. and Ph.D. from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.  A Gold-medalist in M.A. as well as in M.Phil.  He has more than 25 years of teaching experience.  He has done significant work on Environmental Geography, Climate of Western Rajasthan and Patterns of Energy Use.  He has many research papers on the contemporary geographical issues to his credit.
