ABOUT THE AUTHOR Narinder Paul
Dr. Narinder Paul is serving as JAA in Department of Agriculture Production, Government of Jammu thinker, he believes in the power of pen. After having graduated from Government B.B.D. College Chimanpura (Shahpura), Jaipur in the year 1998, he obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in extension education from Department of Extension Education, Rajasthan College of Agriculture and technology, Udaipur (Rajasthan) in the year 1998 and 2004 respectively. He was awarded gold medal for outstanding performance during the post graduation. He worked for some time in ser-e-Kasmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Jammu and then joined the Department of Agricultural Production, J&K Government. So far he has more than 12 research papers and 50 articles published in different journals and magazines of national and international repute.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR V.P. Sharma
Dr. V.P. Sharma is presently rendering his services to the discipline of extension education as of Extension Education, RCA, MPUAT, Udaipur. He did his Ph.D. in the year 1995. he worked as Assistant Director, Chief scientist cum-in-charge at KVK Dungarpur, Deputy Director Extension Education (training) at Directorate of extension MPUAT, Udaipur (Rajasthan). Presently he is also Secretary of Rajasthan Society of extension education. He has large number of research publications to his credit and has guided a number of M.Sc. and Ph.D. students.
