ABOUT THE AUTHOR K.C.S. Ranganayakulu

Dr. K.C.S. Ranganayakulu, Associate Professor of Management at Mekelle University, Ethiopia, has obtained his MBA and Doctorate in Management from Andhra University (India). He has attended and presented papers at several national and international seminars/conferences/workshops and as writer too he contributed research papers in the areas of Environment, Capital Market, Machine Tools, Venture Capital, Management Education, E-commerce, Libralisation, etc., to reputed journals besides directing a National Seminar on Liberalisation and Managerial Challenges sponsored by University Grants Commission (India). He has 28 years of teaching experience of postgraduate courses-M.Com./MBA. He headed the MBA programme (first time affiliation in the country) at VRS & YRN College, Chirala (India). HIs main interests are financial management, portfolio management and futures and options. he has contributed distance education material in the area of financial management. He has practical experience in stock market operations also. He is an academic counsellor to IGNOU, Pondicherry University, and Annamalai University. He has authored two books titled Dictionary of Investment Management, and Dictionary of Commerce and Management besides Entrepreneurship and Small Business Administration (in Press). He is currently teaching Systems Analysis and Design and developing MBA curriculum at Mekelle University.
