ABOUT THE AUTHOR M. Kannan

Dr. M. Kannan is presently working as the Professor and Head, Department of Floriculture and Landscaping, Horticultural College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He started his carrier in 1986 as Assistant Professor (Hort.) at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Yercaud. To his credit he has published more than 9 books, several technical bulletins, student manuals and book chapters related to horticulture and specifically to floriculture. He is the recipient of 10 awards and is a member of various professional and academic societies.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR P. Ranchana

Dr. P. Ranchana is working as a Post Doctoral Fellow in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. She has published 6 international, 5 national and 30 popular articles, 6 manuals and 5 book chapters. She served as a course associate for UG and PG courses with respect to Floriculture and Landscaping.
