ABOUT THE AUTHOR Vijandra Singh

Vijandra Singh is an educational administrator and is running an adult education center in Rural Delhi. He has recently visited United States of America and has been in constant touch with some prominent educational institutions in Dallas and Austin in Texas State in USA. He has completed his B.Ed. from Rohtak University in 1975. He has contributed several articles in reputed magazines and journals.
