Maulana Syed As’ad madani was great a scholar, freedom Fighter, Orator and parliamentarian. He always struggled for the rights of people. He always raised important issues in parliament i.e. administrative, communal, educational, social and minorities issues. This is a historical document in a book form. He delivered all his speeches in Urdu. This work has been translated now from Urdu to English for international readership. He always raised the issues of communal; rights in different parts of the country, civil rights in Assam, Minorities character of Aligarh Muslim university, babri mosque and protection of worship places. He forcefully raised some other issues also in the House i.e. drought, railways, tribal, etc. This book is not merely a collection of speeches, it is a historic documents that is index of the problems being faced by Muslim community after independence.
