ABOUT THE AUTHOR D. Suran Naidu

D. Suran Naidu (b. 1941) obtained his Doctoral Degree in Political Science from the Andhra University in 1988. Earlier, he completed his postgraduate studies at the Universities fo Visvabharati (Santiniketan, west Bengal), Pennsylvania (U.S.A.) and Delaware (U.S.A.) and received three separate M.A. degrees in ancient Indian History and Culture, South Asia Regional Studies and Political Science.
