ABOUT THE AUTHOR Syed Karamat Ali

Dr. Syed Karamat Ali, born in July 1953 has pursued Master’s degrees in Political Science, Public Administration and Sociology from the Aligarh Muslim university, Aligarh alongwith a Ph.D. in Sociology. He holds the position of Deputy Registrar at Aligarh Muslim university, Aligarh and also is Honorary Director of the Institute of Information technology and management Studies, Aligarh.
