Perspectives of Public Administration

To-day administration has to be goal-oriented, change-oriented, innovative responsive, motivational and integrated. Public Administration is decision making, planning the work, formulating objectives, working with the legislature and citizen oerganisations, directing and supervising employees, providing leadership, determining work methods, exercising controls. Aims of the book is therefore to examine and understand the various perspectives of the public administration. And to see how these perspectives realize the goals and purposes of the government.
