ABOUT THE AUTHOR Sushma Mawa

Dr. Sushma Mawa obtained her Ph.D. degree in Commerce & Tourism Marketing from Jammu University in 2001. She has received many honours and distinctions in her academic carrier. She has participated and presented research papers in various Seminars and Conferences. Presently, she is working as Lecturer in Commerce in Jammu and Kashmir. She has served Jammu University in various capacities. She has served IGNOU as Academic Counsellor for MTM Programme. She is a good writer, a good researcher and has authored about half a dozen research papers. She is an active member of Indian Commerce Association, Delhi; All India Tourism Educationists Association (AITEA), Shimla; forum of Educators & Scholars of Tourism (FEAST), Chandigarh; Academy of Business Studies (ABS), Jammu.
