ABOUT THE AUTHOR Lal Bahadur Singh

Dr. Lal Bahadur Singh born in village Amawal, Sakaldiha of Varanasi District, U.p.Graduated in Ayurveda from Lucknow University and completed M.D. (Ay) Ras-Shastra and Ph.D (Ras-Shastra) from Banaras Hindu University. He has served in the Prestigious Ayurvedic Pharmacy, I.M.S, B.H.U.. During his stay he specially worked in the field of Drug Standardisation. In year Jan.1986 he has joined as Lecturer Ras-Shastra in State Ayurvedic Post Graduate College, Pilibhit U.P. for last eight yearsworking as a member of Drug Pannel of U.P Govt. Deptt. of Ayurveda and Unani Services.U.P. Dr. Singh has published about 200 researcher paper in national and international journals. He has attended more than sixty scientific conferences and workshops. He has completed two research project sponseered by Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi and Bajaj Ayurveda Sewashram Varanasi and written preface of so many books written by prominent author of the subject, supervised eight postgraduate scholar for their post graduate thesis.
