B.Ed. from the Tribuvan University, Nepal and Ph.D. (in Political Science) from the University of Bombay, Bombay, India. Received many prestigious Medals and prize including the Mahendra Vidya Bhusan (1st Class) in his educational carrier. Served in various fields of national University holding major position.
