ABOUT THE AUTHOR A.D. Sharma

Dr. Amandeep Sharma graduated from college of Agricultural Engineering in 1998 and then did his masters and doctoral degrees in Agro Industrial Processing from Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana in 2001 and 2006 respectively. University Grants Commission awarded him the Junior Research for his outstanding Ph.D. work. He served the Department of Processing and Food Engineering as Research Fellow for about two and half years. Presently, he is working as Assistant Professor, GADVASU, Ludhiana. Dr. Sharma has attended and presented his papers in international and national conferences/seminars/workshops. He has many research papers, review and extension articles to his credit.
