ABOUT THE AUTHOR Dipti Ray

Dr. Dipti Ray obtained her Master’s Degree in History as well as in Education from Utkal University.  She got also Ph.D. degree from the Utkal University.  She joined as lecturer in history in the year 1994.  Now she is Principal of N.A.C. College (S.T.), Sector-7, Rourkela.  She has been a member of South Indian History Congress, Orissa History Congress and Centre for Advanced Studies in History and Culture of Orissa, Bhubaneswar.
