It is not sufficient that we choose a very correct homoeopathic remedy, simultaneously we must be aware of the precautions of the remedy we are to apply, unawareness of these precautions and warnings while applying a remedy, sometimes, may cause irreversible lifetime losses, it often happens, but we are not aware of the same. These precautions and warnings have already been given by great masters of homoeopathy and are scattered in their hundreds of homoeopathic books but are not readily available to our sight; the author tried to compile such paragraphs remedy-wise. Some clinical records of cures and allegedly said to be specifics for ailments which often occur have also been included in this compilation under the heading "Some Important Tips" which indicate to the remedies not often considered generally in those ailments but may prove very important. To locate the wanted clinical tips out of these tips, an alphabetical repertory based on the rubric system of Synthesis/Kent`s repertory has been prepared which appears at the end of this compilation.
