ABOUT THE AUTHOR Erwin Neumayer

Erwin Neumayer is an archaeologist and ethnologist. He has written on the prehistoric rock art of India, and - together with Christine Schelberger - is the author of Popular Indian Art: Raja Ravi Varma and the Printed Gods of India (OUP, 2003). Erwin Neumayer lives in Vienna.
