Even though Biochemistry is a fascinating subject, students at undergraduate level find it difficult to grasp it. Most of the available books on Biochemistry have dealt the subject elaborately, for which the students at their base level find it difficult to cultivate the subject going through the voluminous textbooks. The author has tried to acquaint the students with the subject in a precise and user-friendly manner through this book. The book is expected to act as a stepping stone for those students who will choose Biotechnology of fish from that of other vertebrates are reported in a scattered manner. Such variations are mostly in fish muscles and hormones. Most of such relevant information were collected and presented in this book for the benefit of students who study Fishery.
