ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ram Avtar Tyagi

Dr. Ram Avtar Tyagi did his M.Ed. from Aligarh Muslim University. He did his Ph.D. in Education from the same university. Dr. Tyagi entered into U.P. Government service and taught in many Government Colleges. He visited many American and British Universities on exchange programme. He has written extensively and has several books to his credit. Dr. Tyagi writes regularly in various research journals of India and abroad. He was given many awards by the state Government for his outstanding contributions in the field of education. He lives in Dehradun at present.
