The researcher after consulting forty cotton-ginning mils collected data with an exhaustive schedule keeping their problems in mind. The study on the problems of cotton ginning mills is conducted to suggest sways to overcome those identified problems.

This book is useful to the researchers in the field of commerce, economics and management in particular, small entrepreneurs and then policy makers in general. The students of commerce and management can utilize this book to understand the ground realities of small enterprises in India.
