Dr. Harjinder Singh, Reader in Economics in the Department of African Studies, University of Delhi, is a scholar of eminence in the field of African Affairs. He did his post-graduation in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and was awarded Doctorate of the University of Delhi. He has been to Ethiopia on a study tour which was financed by the University. A numner of research scholars have benefited from his guidance in the Department. His guidance in the Department.
