The book Psychology of Individual Differences is a compilation of 30 research articles and a theoretical article tracing the evolutionary history of individual differences. A renowned psychologist Prof. Arun K. Sen has written the foreword of this book. The book has been divided into three sections covering the psychological aspects. Demographic factors and other issues relating to individual differences. Certain specific characteristics of groups like children, asthmatic drug-addicts etc. have also been explored. The book covers data on various performance variables in relation to individual differences, such as, well being, bodily responses, learned helplessness, reattribution marital happiness and other mosaic of behaiour. The compilation will be useful for the students of psychology and other professionals dealing with educational, human resource development and management, health and organizational aspects of behaviour. Dr. Amrita Yadava, presently working as Reader, Department of Psychology, M.D. University, Rohtak, has been actively associated with teaching and research since last more than 20 years. Her main area of research is Experimental and Cognitive Psychology. She has supervised a large number of M.Phil and Doctoral Dissertations in the field of individual difference particularly in the area of learning and memory. Rajbir Singh got his M.Sc. in Physics from Meerut Univeristy, Meerut and B.Ed. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. He has long experience in teaching science and research.
