Research has moved during this country from the periphery to the centre of our social and economic life. It deals with the application of the scientific method to problem-solving. It has not always been evident to teaches and teacher educators that scientific methodology each of importance in education. This is happening due to research has been considerate irrelevant to educators. Teacher and teacher educators have too many practical problems to worry about ivory tower research or so the belief goes. The book conveys various approaches of innovative researches with concrete findings for the educational implication. The important contents consist of using research ideas in a way that will promote effective teaching-learning in our Indian context.
