ABOUT THE AUTHOR Bansidhar Barik

Dr. Bansidhar Barik hailed from village Budamara of Mayurbhanj District of Orissa and completed Ph.D. in Philosophy from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. After completion of Post graduation in Philosophy from Utkal University, Orissa he joined as a lecturer in Logic & Philosophy and served as Principal to that college.Soon after completion of Ph.D, he joined as Lecturer in the department of Humanities at Dehradun Institute of Technology, Dehradun. Many articles were published in different renowned journals & magazines. His forthcoming book is on “Advaita Vedanta and Buddhism on epistemology; A Comparative Analysis”. Presently he is working as an officer in Indian Council of Philosophical Research, New Delhi.
