Krishna Oberoi at present working as Senior Scientists, Family Resource Management in the College of Home Science, PAU Ludhiana and have total 34 yeas of work experience out of which 14 years is the administration experience, guided 27 MSc and 6 PhD students and is involved in the evaluation of major research project and research papers of other universities as well as other organizations, published more then 100 research papers in the National and International journals, and introduced ergonomic discipline in PAU in teaching and research and helped other Universities to develop this discipline, working as Technical Coordinator for A ICRP-Home Science since last many years and to the target group by organizing extensive training programmes, awarded certificate of appreciation by ICAR for the excellent contributions made for improving that quality of research in Family Resources Management and is the recipient of Choudhary Devilal Best AICRP-ICAR team award for Home Science.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR Muninder Sidhu
Muninder Sidhu at present working as Associate Professor in the department of Family Resource Management, College of Home Science, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, Punjab. She has worked as Assistant professor in the College of Home Science, Maharana pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur for 2 years till 1987. Then she joined Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana as Assistant Scientist in September 1987 in All India Coordinated Research Project sponsored by ICAR. At present she is working on the teaching post since 2000. She was fully-involved in the curriculum development of the Under-graduate and post-graduate courses of Family Resource Management. She has guided 2 M.Sc. students. She has also submitted 4 research project to different agencies to strengthen the discipline. She has visited Sweden to present her Ph.D. research in International Conference. She has number of research papers published in international and national journal to her credit. She has contributed many popular articles in different magazines and news papers to empower and awareness and knowledge of housewives. She is life member of different international and national societies.
