This book examines the issues related to human rights of Dalits in the context of changes in the socio-economic structure of the country. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ram Gopal Singh

Ram Gopal Singh holds Masters degrees in mathematics from Banaras Hindu University and in sociology from Sagar University. He has done his doctorate in sociology from jawahrlal Nehru University, New Delhi and a Doctor of Letters from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He is professor at Dr. Babasahib Ambedkar National Institute of Social Sciences, Mhow.

Ravindra Devendra Gadkar has Masters degrees in psychology from Bombay University, and in social work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Bombay. He is an assistant professor at Dr. Babasahib Ambedkar National Institute of Social Sciences, Mhow.
