ABOUT THE AUTHOR Bina Kumari Sarma

Dr. (Mrs.) Bina Kumari Sarma is the Gold Medallist of Berhampur University securing First Class First position in M.A. History. She got her Ph.D. Degree under a U.G.C. Fellowship in 1980 and D. Litt. degree under a U.G.C. Project in 1991. She has authored six books and published about sixty research papers in Journals of repute. She has been teaching in the Department of History, Berhampur University since last twenty four years.
