ABOUT THE AUTHOR J.P. Tiwari

Dr. J.P. Tiwari is working as professor (Horticulture), dean Post Graduate studies & Register at G. B. Pant university of Agricultural & technology, Pantnagar. He has a long experience of over 30 years in the field of horticulture. His contributions in the field of plant nutrition and crop regulation have been well recognized. Professor Tiwari has to his credit over 50 research papers, 45 popular articles published in the national and international journal. He has authored 5 books and manuals. He has guided 12 Ph.D. and 25 M.Sc. Ag. students in the field of horticulture. Dr. Tiwari has developed varieties in guava and jackfruit and has developed micro propagation protocols for various ornamental crops. Dr. Tiwari is member of board of management of over 10 Universities in India.
