Dr. Promila Kadian is an honours graduate in Home Science followed by M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Home Science Extension Education. She is currently working as Research Associate, Department of Home Science Extension Education, College of Home Science, CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar. She had a brilliant career and awarded with different scholarships and prizes. Dr. Promila has published many research papers in academic journals and presented papers in several national seminars.

Dr. Sushma Kaushik is presently working as Associate Professor, Department of Home Science, CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar. She has over 19 years of experience, out of which 5 years she has worked with grass-root level functionaries and rural women clientele as District Extension Specialist. Dr. Kaushik has already published two books, several teaching manuals and research papers in reputed journals. She has guided several M.Sc. and Ph.D. students, attended various national and international conferences and seminars and presented many research papers.
