J.S. Singh, obtained his M.A. in Economics Degree from Garwal University and Ph.D. Degree from Delhi University, having brilliant academic record he has several research publications to his credit. He has contributed several articles, published in different edited books. Dr. Negi is also associated in number of research projects, sponsored by Govt. of India, Govt. of Uttaranchal, Ministry of Tourism, and many rural development programmes.
