It is widely recognized that one of the key factors influencing school effectiveness is the nature and quality of the leadership and management provided by school administrators. The present volume has been written to provide the school heads with a source of practical ideas about ways in which they may become better managers of better schools. The book is written primarily for practicing school heads of both primary and secondary schools, whether government or private, with whatever type of curriculum.
