G.S. Dubey (1965), has done his Graduation and Post Graduation in Ist Class from Allahabad University, UP. Then onwards he has been working with number of non-profit making voluntary organization with specialization in Rural Development and Sector Reforms. He has written more than dozen research articles on rural life and reforms. Presently he is workign in Orissa with a renound Not for profit organization.
