ABOUT THE AUTHOR Rajeev Bhargava

Rajeev Bhargava is a lecturer at the UGC Academic Staff College, D.D.U. Gorakhpur. He took M.A. (Psychology) degree from the same university. He is on the editorial board of the “interdisciplinary Dialogue”, a journal of higher education published by Academic Staff College, D.D.U. Gorakhpur University. He has contributed papers, articles to the “University News”-a weekly journal of higher education, published by the Association of Indian Universities on the scenario of higher education in India. He has utilized both his theoretical knowledge and practical experience in writing books.
