Self Determination Movement in Manipur

This edited volume dwells on the erstwhile sovereign and pre-merger times of Manipur and the changes in her political status after becoming an integral part of India. Underscoring the armed conflict situation that have plagued the state for years, it examines whether Manipur fulfills the criteria of possessing the right to self determination set out by the United Nations and other internationally accepted benchmarks.
