ABOUT THE AUTHOR Scott Fritzen

Scott Fritzen, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. His academic work and consulting practice both focus on how to strengthen public management and policy analysis capacities to promote improved governance outcomes. He has authored numerous articles in policy-related International journals. His Master in Public Affairs and Urban and Regional Planning degree and Ph.D. in Public Affairs are from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University.
