The present book entitled Sociological Foundations of Education details the sociological foundations of education in all its seven chapters. The first chapter is on educational sociology and its aspects. The next chapter is on social interactions and its implications and the third chapter is on the role of education in cultural reform. The fourth chapter is on the role of education on social reform. The fifth chapter is on urbanization, its concepts, its psychological effects and its changing form. The sixth chapter is on modernization of education and role of education on cultural integration while the final chapter details the role of education for international understanding, co-operation and peace.
