ABOUT THE AUTHOR Keshab Chandra Dash

Born in 1955, Dr. Keshab Chandra Dash, has established a tradition of excellence by winning several medals and prizes in different levels throughout his career both as an outstanding scholar and a distinguished creative writer in Sanskrit.  He has organized and attended a number of seminars and contributed to the journals of nationals and Internationals repute.  Dr. Dash Commands expertise in the areas of Indian Logic, Panini Grammar, Computational Linguistics.  Indian Philosophy and Modern Sanskrit Literature.  His excellence lies in the contributation to the fields of artificial Intelligence of Computer Application relating to Sanskrit, Stylistic innovation in Modern Sanskrit literature and Methodology of Research in Sanskrit, a noted thinker in Sanskrit Dr. Dash has 30 books and several articles to his credit.  Among honours he has won are (i) Vidvanmant (Title Award) (ii) Tantra-sarasvati (Title Award), (iii) Hirakhanda Trust (Literary Award) (iv) Sravani Sahitya Samsad Honour, (v) Film Development Corporation Script Award, (vi) Dr. V. Raghavan Prize and (vii) International Award of “Sanskrit and Knowledge-Base.  Application Research Association” for researches in Sanskrit and Computer. (viii) Delhi Sanskrit Academy Award.
